Brian joined Lansdowne Partners in January 2021 as Co-Managing Partner and is the Chair of the Management Committee. Brian has over 30 years’ experience in global financial markets, investment banking and asset management. He joins from HSBC Asset Management, where he was the Global Head of Institutional Business.
Before that he spent a decade in senior management roles in Global Banking and Markets; his last role was Global Head of FIG. Before joining HSBC in 2006, he had senior client management roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and JP Morgan.
Brian obtained a MA in Economics from Cambridge University.
