Research Director

Kaitlin is an international development professional with 10+  years of experience leading complex research across the globe.  Within this, she specialises in measuring and understanding social impact in order to improve programming and partnerships for clients across public and private sectors. Her specific experience is in gender - from gender-based violence to women's economic empowerment - where she has led research for UNICEF, the World Bank and IFC, Women’s World Banking, USAID, and UN Women, as well as the social impact arms of several private sector companies.
