Louisa is proud to have supported some of Britain's most high-profile domestic and globally focused institutions and their leaders on how they address complex socio-political issues such as policing, terrorism, mental health and homelessness, with experience in the UK Prime Minister's Office, The Royal Foundation and the Metropolitan Police Service to name a few.

After having had the privilege of working as Media Manager for Their Royal Highnesses Heads Together campaign, shifting the conversation on mental health in the UK and beyond, Louisa was invited to join advocacy start up, United for Global Mental Health, working with Elisha London and the team to help build the first-ever global mental health advocacy campaign, Speak Your Mind in 18 countries, working closely with multilateral organisations and in-country civil society organisations focused on mental health.
